Steps

  1. In the menu open “Sign-ups” and click “New event”: title, date, place and description.

    More: Create an event

The editor has four steps: Description, Sessions and prices, Terms and payment, Publish. Every change saves itself. You pick the sign-up page's look as in a poll, on previews of your Studio templates; with no pick it wears the company's default template, and with no templates the Tuned look.

    Create an event

In the menu open “Sign-ups” and click “New event”: title, date, place and description.

  2. A session is seats at a given time; an option is what a guest picks: one session or several together, with a price.

    More: Add sessions and options

Give each session a name, times and a number of seats. An option takes a seat in one or more sessions, e.g. “All sessions” takes a seat in each. The price is plain text, e.g. “€50”; we don't take payments. A session or option someone signed up for can't be removed.

    Add sessions and options

A session is seats at a given time; an option is what a guest picks: one session or several together, with a price.

  3. Add what a guest reads after signing up, then click “Publish”: you get a link, a QR code and a story text.

More: Add a note and publish

Guests get that text in the “You have a seat” email, e.g. your bank details. We delete the guests' data by ourselves the chosen number of days after the event. A guest confirms by clicking in the email; the seat waits 30 minutes for that. With your first event you tick “I accept the organizer terms and the data processing agreement”, once per company: you are responsible for the event, payments and refunds, we provide the sign-up tool. The terms link is optional: without it, guests sign up with no terms box.

    Add a note and publish

Add what a guest reads after signing up, then click “Publish”: you get a link, a QR code and a story text.

  4. On the guest list you tick “Paid”, remove a sign-up or get the list with “Download the list”.

    More: See who signed up

At the top you see the seats taken in each session. Removing a sign-up frees the seat and deletes the person's data at once. “Close sign-ups” stops new sign-ups even with seats free; the same button reopens them.

    See who signed up
