For companies

Emails Tuned sends by itself

Conclusions, a note after 7 quiet days and a weekly report. Only for polls from the chat, and only after your yes.

Steps

  1. The “Your poll is ready” card shows these emails. “Publish” turns them on, “Turn off” next to them leaves the poll without them.

More: One yes for each poll

The emails cover only a poll made in the chat, after a yes for that poll. Older polls and polls without a yes get nothing. A copy and a next round are new polls: turn the emails on by saying so in the chat. The emails go only to the owner of the company account.

  2. Conclusions from the answers, a note after 7 quiet days and a weekly report.

    More: Three emails

Test mode polls get none. Dynamic polls get no conclusions or report, and team polls no quiet note. A company gets at most one conclusions or report email a day, the rest waits for the next day. The quiet note counts apart.

    Conclusions
When as many people have answered as results show from: 3 conclusions and a proposed next step. When that step is a next round, the “Yes” button in the email starts it: the same questions plus one new one from the answers, and the current questions close. A second email after the poll closes, if more answers came in.
    Quiet
When nobody has answered for 7 days: an email with the QR code poster. Once per poll.
    Weekly report
Monday to Wednesday, about the week before: one problem, one action and the numbers. No email when fewer than 5 people answered that week, or fewer than the threshold needs.

  3. Write “stop” in the chat, unsubscribe with the link in the email, or click “Stop” in Settings.

    More: How to stop them

There are three ways. Each works at once, and each covers more than the one before.

    “Stop” in the chat
Ends the emails for this one poll. Turning them back on takes a yes.
    The link in the email
“Unsubscribe from this company's poll emails”: you get none of these emails, and no other emails from this company about polls.
    “Stop”
In “Settings”, on the “What Tuned does by itself” card. It stops everything Tuned does by itself, not only the emails. Polls keep collecting answers.
