Bad review analysis

Paste a negative review. The AI says what hurt the customer, what may have caused it and what to do first, and its questions become a poll.

Steps

   Step 1 of 3: Paste the review

   In the menu open “Bad review analysis” and paste the review from Google or anywhere else.

   The rating is optional. We don't store the review, and leaving out names is safer. Text with no complaint, such as pure praise, gets no analysis. Finished analyses count together with AI conclusions, up to 20 a day per company.

   Step 2 of 3: Read the analysis

   You get three things: what hurt the customer, the likely cause and one action for this week.

   The AI is guessing from one review, so treat the cause as a lead. The analysis stays on the screen only: “Paste another review” or refreshing the page clears it.

   Step 3 of 3: Make a poll

   Click “Make a poll”: a draft with the analysis's questions is created and the editor opens.

   The questions are for all customers and don't mention this review. Nothing reaches anyone until you publish the poll. Tuned doesn't reply to reviews or fetch them from Google.
