For companies
Claude: polls and Sign-ups from a chat
Ask Claude what guests said, or have it open sign-ups for a workshop. It reads results, writes drafts and publishes once you say yes, with your company key.
Steps
In the menu, open Integrations. On the “Your Claude” card click “How to connect”, then “Create a key”.
MoreLess: Create a key
The key starts with tpk_ and you get it only once. It works for all of your company's polls, so give it only to tools you trust. On screen it's covered, and the “Copy” button takes the whole value, with Bearer. Don't take a screenshot with the key visible.
Create a key
In the menu, open Integrations. On the “Your Claude” card click “How to connect”, then “Create a key”.
In Claude, open Customize, Connectors, click “+ Add”, then “Add custom connector”.
MoreLess: Add a connector in Claude
On Team and Enterprise plans the organization's owner adds it in Organization settings, Connectors, and all members use that one key.
Name: tunedbrand. Address: https://tunedbrand.com/api/mcp. Click “Continue”.
MoreLess: Enter the name and address
You'll see the name in the connectors list and in the chat menu.
Under “Authentication” Claude preselects “Sign in now”, marked “Detected”. Change it to “No sign-in” and skip the “OAuth client” section.
MoreLess: Choose “No sign-in”
“Detected” isn't an error: without a key the server answers that sign-in is needed, and Claude reads it that way. With us, the key is the sign-in. The warning below is fine too: you add the key in the next step.
Under “Request headers” click “+ Add header”. Name: Authorization. Value: the copied key, with Bearer. Then “Add”.
MoreLess: Add the key and click “Add”
Claude's documentation calls Request headers a beta for some organizations. Without that section the app can't connect yet, and Claude Code works (last step).
A connected connector shows its tools for polls and Sign-ups.
MoreLess: Check the list of tools
Polls: results, answers, drafts, publishing and closing. Sign-ups: events, a draft, publishing, the list of who signed up and the steps Tuned will do by itself. Kolejka: products, the waitlist, a batch and “Paid”. After your first question to Claude, and a reload, the “Your Claude” card in Integrations shows “Connected” and when it was last used. “Disconnect” stops the key at once.
In a new chat, click “+” by the text field, hover over “Connectors” and turn on tunedbrand if it's off.
MoreLess: How to use it: turn the tool on in a chat
This switch applies to one chat.
How to use it: turn the tool on in a chat
In a new chat, click “+” by the text field, hover over “Connectors” and turn on tunedbrand if it's off.
Claude picks the tool itself. You can start with one of these.
MoreLess: Write a plain sentence
Claude reads results and people's answers only from the poll's anonymity threshold. Below it, it gets only the number of people. Answers carry no names, times or places.
- List
- “What polls do I have?”
- Results
- “What do guests complain about in my last poll?”
- New poll
- “Write a draft poll after the training: a rating, what they liked, what to improve.”
- Closing
- “Close the lunch poll.”
- Sign-ups
- “Open sign-ups for a workshop on Saturday 22 November at 10:00, 8 seats, 49 zł.”
- Who is coming
- “How many people signed up for the Saturday workshop?”
- Kolejka
- “Add sourdough bread, 20 loaves. Show who would get a batch of 5.”
- What Tuned will do
- “What will Tuned send this week? Switch off the reminder for the Saturday workshop.”
Write a plain sentence
Claude picks the tool itself. You can start with one of these.
At first every tool has “Needs approval”, so Claude asks before each use.
MoreLess: Approve the tools
Change it in Customize, Connectors, tunedbrand: “Always allow”, “Needs approval” or “Blocked” for each tool. Leave publishing and closing polls, publishing events, switching steps and sending batches on “Needs approval”.
Approve the tools
At first every tool has “Needs approval”, so Claude asks before each use.
Write for example “Open sign-ups for wheel throwing on Saturday 21 November at 10:00, 2 sessions of 8 seats, 220 zł”.
MoreLess: Sign-ups: Claude makes a draft
Claude makes a draft in Sign-ups: nobody sees it until you publish it. It's the same draft as in the panel, so you open it in Sign-ups and change it in the editor like any other event. Guests' replies to the mails go to the company account's address.
Sign-ups: Claude makes a draft
Write for example “Open sign-ups for wheel throwing on Saturday 21 November at 10:00, 2 sessions of 8 seats, 220 zł”.
Write “Publish these sign-ups”: Claude asks for your yes and gives you the sign-up link.
MoreLess: Sign-ups: published once you say yes
Publish the company's first event in the panel: that's where you accept the organizer terms and the data processing agreement once. Claude then tells you to do it there. When something is missing, a date for example, Claude says what. Download the A4 poster and the Story text in the panel, next to the sign-up link.
Sign-ups: published once you say yes
Write “Publish these sign-ups”: Claude asks for your yes and gives you the sign-up link.
Ask “Who signed up for Saturday?”: Claude gives the names, the session picked, the paid marks and the free seats.
MoreLess: Sign-ups: who is coming
Claude reads people's e-mail and phone only when you ask for them outright, for example “Give me the contacts of those who signed up”. Guests type their own names, so Claude treats them as data, never as instructions.
Sign-ups: who is coming
Ask “Who signed up for Saturday?”: Claude gives the names, the session picked, the paid marks and the free seats.
In a terminal, run: claude mcp add --transport http tuned https://tunedbrand.com/api/mcp --header "Authorization: Bearer tpk_..."
MoreLess: Using Claude Code?
Put your key in place of tpk_... Then claude mcp list shows tuned as connected.
Using Claude Code?
In a terminal, run: claude mcp add --transport http tuned https://tunedbrand.com/api/mcp --header "Authorization: Bearer tpk_..."
Tuned keeps only a hash of the key, Claude keeps the key encrypted, and the browser with your chat doesn't talk to Tuned.
MoreLess: Is it safe? Where the key lives
A hash is a fingerprint of the key: it recognises the key, but the key can't be read back from it. That's why you see the key only once. Claude's help says keys in “Request headers” are stored encrypted, and its dialog says you won't see them again. Anthropic's servers connect to Tuned, not your browser. In Claude Code the key sits in the settings on your computer and goes to Tuned from there.
It reads, drafts and publishes polls and Sign-ups events. It deletes nothing.
MoreLess: What Claude can do
It also closes polls. It can't delete a poll, an answer, an event or a sign-up. The key works only on your company's polls and events. It gives no access to payments, settings or the team.
- Reads
- The poll list, results, people's answers and Insights. Results and answers from the poll's anonymity threshold; below it, only the number of people. With a threshold of 1 it reads the very first answer.
- Writes
- Poll drafts, which guests don't see. An AI draft and new Insights count towards the company's daily AI limit, and every draft towards the poll limit.
- Changes
- Publishes a draft and closes a poll. Reopening is only in the panel.
- What it doesn't get
- Names, times and places with answers, photos, hidden answers and Q&A. If a guest types a name into a text answer, Claude reads it.
- Sign-ups
- The sign-up list shows the name, option, status and the “Paid” mark. Claude gets e-mail and phone only when it asks for them; publish the company's first event in the panel, because the organizer terms need accepting once.
- Tuned's steps
- Shows what Tuned will do by itself and when, with the exact post and mail. Switches a step that is still waiting off or on, as the switch on the timeline does.
- Kolejka
- Adds a product without photos, shows who waits, sends a batch and marks “Paid”. Before sending it shows who gets the offer. The e-mails of people waiting only when asked. Start the first product and the first Partia sama in the panel.
What Claude can do
It reads, drafts and publishes polls and Sign-ups events. It deletes nothing.
You set “Needs approval” per tool, “Disconnect” cuts Claude off at once, and the card shows the last use.
MoreLess: What you control
Tuned checks the key on every call, so a key you turn off stops working from the next call.
- Approvals
- In Customize, Connectors, tunedbrand: “Always allow”, “Needs approval” or “Blocked” for each tool.
- Disconnect
- On the “Your Claude” card it turns off the key Claude used last. Turn off other keys on the “API keys” card. “Disconnect” in Claude doesn't turn off the key in Tuned.
- Last use
- The card shows the time, saved at most once every 5 minutes. Tuned sees the key, not the person who used it.
What you control
You set “Needs approval” per tool, “Disconnect” cuts Claude off at once, and the card shows the last use.
The key is full access to your company's polls, so treat it like a password: no screenshots, no pasting it into a chat.
MoreLess: What to watch
If the key leaks, turn it off and create a new one.
- Approval works only in Claude
- Anyone with the key itself can publish and close polls, and “Needs approval” won't stop them.
- Guests' text
- Answers reach Claude as data. A guest can type a command into one. We ask Claude not to follow it, but that's a request, not a lock. So leave publishing and closing on “Needs approval”, and when reading answers mind other tools on in the same chat, such as email.
- Data in the chat
- What Claude reads goes into your chat on your Claude account, under Anthropic's terms.
- Team and Enterprise
- All members of the organization use one key, so everyone has the same access, and turning the key off cuts everyone off.
What to watch
The key is full access to your company's polls, so treat it like a password: no screenshots, no pasting it into a chat.
