Floor plan: a rating for every table

A plan of your venue where each table shows the colour of its average rating. The weakest stand out at once.

Steps

  1. Open “Floor plan” in the company menu and click “Spread tables for me” to start from a ready floor plan.

More: Set up the venue in the wizard

Open “Floor plan” in the company menu. The wizard asks for the name and shows an empty floor right away. “Spread tables for me” sets them out for you, and a click on a free cell puts one table there. Under the venue name, “Add photo” uploads a photo of the room or the entrance: guests of a poll for this venue see it on the welcome screen.

Set up the venue in the wizard

Open “Floor plan” in the company menu and click “Spread tables for me” to start from a ready floor plan.

  2. Drag the tables to where they really stand and click “Save”.

More: Move tables as they stand

Drag a table or move it with the arrow keys. Its corner, or Shift and the arrow keys, stretches it into a long table. A frame dragged over the hall or Shift-click selects several tables at once: they move together and Delete removes them. The “Stage” and “Bar” tools put a stage or a bar where you click: you move them like a table, but nobody rates them. “Clear the hall” takes everything off. The “Walls” tool greys out cells that aren't the hall, such as the kitchen. Click “Save”. The “See in 3D” button shows the hall in three dimensions: drag to turn it.

  3. Print the cards, since every table has its own QR code.

    More: Print the QR cards

At the end the wizard creates a poll for the venue. Each table gets its own card with a QR code.

  4. The floor plan shows you at a glance which tables have the weakest ratings.

    More: Open the “Floor” tab

In a venue poll's results you see the floor plan. A table's colour is its average rating, and the weakest tables are marked and top the list.

    Open the “Floor” tab

The floor plan shows you at a glance which tables have the weakest ratings.

  5. Narrow the results to one question and period; the average appears from the number of people you set.

More: Pick a question and a period

All questions or one, from 7, 30 or 90 days. The average shows only once the anonymity threshold is reached.
