How to take payments
Paste a payment link from Stripe once in “Payments”. Every product and paid event gets it. Guests see a “Pay” button and the money goes straight to your account.
Steps
On stripe.com create a business account: email, country, company details (tax ID, address) and the bank account for payouts.
MoreLess: Create a Stripe account
Stripe also asks for your website and a short description of what you sell. Verification usually takes from a few minutes to two days. Tuned never sees this data and never touches the money: the payment goes from the guest straight to you.

In Stripe open Payment Links → New, enter a name and a price, save and copy the link.

In Settings → Payment methods turn on BLIK, Przelewy24 and cards. One link per product or per event price. The link looks like https://buy.stripe.com/…
Create a payment link
In Stripe open Payment Links → New, enter a name and a price, save and copy the link.
In “Payments” pick Stripe Payment Links, paste the link and click “Save”. Only then do you see the list of payments there.
MoreLess: Paste the link in Tuned
In the waitlist the person whose turn has come sees the “Pay” button; a different link for one product goes in “Edit product”. An event is free until you tick “Paid event” in the “Sign-up and data” step; then the guest sees “Pay” on the “You have a place” page and in the seat confirmation email. The company link has one price, so an event at another price gets its own link in that same step. Any operator's link works, not only Stripe, as long as it starts with https://.
Paste the link in Tuned
In “Payments” pick Stripe Payment Links, paste the link and click “Save”. Only then do you see the list of payments there.
In Stripe, Payments lists every payment with the payer's email; Balance shows what goes to your bank account.
MoreLess: Check payments and payouts
Stripe pays out to your bank account automatically, usually every few days. Stripe's fees in Poland are about 1.5% + PLN 1 for cards and 1.6% + PLN 1 for BLIK; the current prices are on stripe.com/pricing.
Check payments and payouts
In Stripe, Payments lists every payment with the payer's email; Balance shows what goes to your bank account.
In “Payments”, next to the person with a payment in Stripe, click “Mark as paid”. The list has products and events together, newest first.
MoreLess: Mark “Paid”
Above the list you see how many people paid, and the total where we know the price (the price on an event's slot, for example “120 zł”). For events you can mark the same on the list of guests. Tuned doesn't connect to Stripe, so it doesn't tick payments by itself. Taxes, receipts and invoices are yours, as with any sale.
