   Step 1 of 2: Describe the studio in “About”

   In “What we do”, write in one sentence what you make and for whom.

   The AI reads your company name, what you use Tuned for and the “About” fields. Without a description it may guess wrong, e.g. take a ceramics studio for a kitchen and ask about bread. Once is enough: the description works for every poll after it. Click “Save changes”.

   Step 2 of 2: Write your goal in one sentence

   In “New poll”, write what you want to find out and click “Build the poll”.

   E.g. “Which ceramics workshops my Instagram followers want”. The AI asks for details, then drafts the poll. Nobody gets it yet: you read the questions, change them and only then publish.
